The meals are
available only for dinner, by reservation.
Depending on the weather and season, the meal will take in the
dining room or in the garden.
We will be pleased to share with you and make you taste (or
discover) what we love ... These simple things, especially
authentic and delicious that make eating becomes a real moment
of pleasure. We are not fundamentalists "environmentalists" but
extremely vigilant about what we eat and therefore what's on
your plate.
We offer our sausages house or that of artisans that we have
carefully selected, based on pig Ariege, dried in our attic.
Ham, dry sausage, sausage and of course, liver sausage, real
specialty Ariege!
Not to mention the foie gras, pâtés, liver pate terrines and
other ...
The calf came from a local producer, beef and ducks of an
artisan Aude. Deer and wild boar come from the forest of Dun.
Wine is one of Coteau Engravies bio. (Wine Ariège)
Our vegetables come from our garden or in the absence of local
producers. Our vegetables are + Bio that because 100% natural.
The only fertilizer we use is the Cornaille (dust cow horns) and
compost.
Our garden produces plums, walnuts, figs, blackberries.
Herbal teas are made with our or our lime verbena.
The bread is always homemade.
